Are there any career events or workshops that I can attend to learn more?

We plan and host workshops, career fairs, and do classroom presentations.

One of the best tools that we offer is a program called Career Coach. This program uses local employment and demographic data to provide information about job opportunities, salaries, companies that are hiring, and the future job market. Career Coach is a free and open program – you do not need to create an account or be a student at the college to use this online program. Most people start the process by taking the career assessment. Once you get your results, you come in to see a Career Services Counselor who will look at your results to determine what would be the best career choice for you. The counselor then looks at what it will take to implement your career plan along with a realistic timeline.

Life is too short to work at a job that you don’t absolutely LOVE! Let us help you find that career that is just right for you!
